Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website or install Course Control. By downloading, installing, or using the app, or by browsing this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.
What Course Control is
Course Control is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 that lets a phone, tablet, or laptop send controls to GSPro over your local WiFi. It is an independent, third-party product. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by GSPro. GSPro is a trademark of its respective owner.
License to use the app
Course Control is licensed to you, not sold outright as software. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run it on your own hardware, subject to these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer for resale, or redistribute the app.
The 14-day free trial requires no card and no account. After the trial, a license key activates the app for a one-time $30 purchase. A license activates on a limited number of machines at a time; you can move it yourself by deactivating it on the old machine from the app, then activating it on the new one.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles payment, receipts, tax, and refund requests under their own terms and policies. We never see or store your card details. Contact us if you need help with a purchase and we will point you the right way.
Course Control is a one-time purchase for the version you buy ($30 at time of writing). Free updates apply to that version. A future major version (v2 and beyond) may be sold as a separate purchase, with a discount for existing owners.
Your responsibilities
- You need your own working copy of GSPro and a compatible Windows PC. Course Control does not include or grant any rights to GSPro itself.
- You are responsible for keeping your license key private and for how the app is used on your network.
- You will not use the app to interfere with GSPro, other players, or any network you do not control.
No warranty
Course Control is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every launch monitor, PC, or GSPro version. Safety mode reduces but does not eliminate the chance of an unintended input reaching your desktop.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Course Control and its maker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website, including lost data, lost time, or hardware issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
This website
This site is informational and used to distribute and support the app. See the privacy page for what we collect and why. Content on this site, including the Course Control name and logo, belongs to us; GSPro-related names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility only.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app or site after a change means you accept the update.
